Product Description

PASTURE-RAISED from START TO FINISH, SUSTAINABLE, LOCAL, HUMANE.  Thinly cut strips of grass fed beef from top sirloin, tenderloin or one of the other sirloin cuts. 250 grams per pack.

All Down to Earth Grass Fed Beef are from cattle:

  • Native cross-breeds
  • 100% raised on local grass suitable to our climate, which raises their immunity
  • Directly sourced from small family farms around Bukidnon, Northern Mindanao and some parts of Lanao and Zamboanga;
  • Never been fed antibiotics and has never been given synthetic growth hormones; and
  • Tamed by small farmers and have been treated humanely: the animals have not been dehorned or castrated

We assure you that our Grass-Fed Beef has excellent flavor, and is very lean. Your beef has twice the shelf life of imported beef in the local wholesale market. When prepared with soups or casseroles, you will see the lean quality of the beef, as your soups/casseroles never get greasy or oily. Try it to experience the distinct difference in taste.  It's like eating wild fish, rich in Omega 3, but without the mercury!

    This beef is very tender, perfect cut specially for our "bistek tagalog" plus it's grassfed so it's just awesome HOWEVER I would really like to warn you about their beef sinigang cut it's nothing but bones of the beef cost 300 pesos for half kilo but all I got was bones of the beef for that i am dissapointed but I would still purchase your beef sukiyaki.
