Feb. 17: Urban Gardening Workshop

Interested to start your own garden in the premises of your own home?

This Webinar is is especially for those interested in starting their own urban kitchen garden in a patio, veranda, or even indoors, while practicing sustainable, organic and biodynamic methods. We are combining the wisdom and hands-on expertise of a farmer and homesteader. For would-be and aspiring farmers, this is a rare and powerful learning opportunity.

During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to:

• Learn to grow healthy food to eat and produce at least 5 kilos of food weekly; 
• Make compost at home;
• Learn practical skills to grow food;
• Use air filter plants;
• Plan your kitchen farm, including the edible plants that you may successfully grow; and
• Sprout and use plants for continuous planting and harvesting cycles.

DATE AND TIME: The Workshop will be held on Feb. 17, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. to 2:00PM 

VENUE: Mandala Park, Blank Space and Tower Hub Shaw Blvd, Pleasant Hills, Mandaluyong

FEE: P2,500 (includes videos & all course materials.)  Lunch, coffee and tea will be served.

If for some reason you cannot make it to the workshop, a fee of P100 will be charged to cover administration costs up to 1 week prior to the commencement of the workshop and the balance will be refunded to you. Within 2 days prior to the workshop commencing however, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If for some reason the workshop is cancelled, you will receive at least 1 weeks notice and your full payment will be refunded.
