• Tamed by small farmers and have been treated humanely: the animals have not been dehorned or castrated

We assure you that our Grass-Fed Beef has excellent flavor, and is very lean. Your beef has twice the shelf life of imported beef in the local wholesale market. When prepared with soups or casseroles, you will see the lean quality of the beef, as your soups/casseroles never get greasy or oily. Try it to experience the distinct difference in taste.  It's like eating wild fish, rich in Omega 3, but without the mercury!
