Traditionally brewed. Fermented beverage of Wild Hibiscus tea and cane sugar, Fermented with SCOBY, a colony of bacteria and yeast. We brew our Kombucha traditionally. We do not de-alcoholize or alter it in any way.
We brew each batch lovingly by hand and infuse it with biodynamic and organic Wild Hibiscus. Raw and living, unpasteurised and fermented naturally.
As the Kombucha culture digests the sugar it produces a range of organic acids like glucuronic acid, gluconic acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid, malic acid and usnic acid; vitamins, particularly B vitamins and vitamin C; as well as amino acids, enzymes. Kombucha is known to detoxify, energize and boost immunity.
